I received a message stating Comcast Xfinity calling and I was told my existing account qualified for 50% off. When I called the number I was told that my bill would be cut in half all I had to do was pay six months in advance to get the promotion. They required a credit card number which I luckily did not give. I called the real Comcast phone that I have on record and was told this was not anything that they were promoting it was a scam. If you are left a message and given this number 877-854-5214 this is a scam. Do not call them back.

i have more screenshots if you would like to email me i will send them, I can only attach one. mary adeleke posted an add on fb i responded to, she gave me the Hr email address to connect on google hangouts with mark barely at first, everything seemed somewhat normal, until i questioned him needing my address, and he became very rude. i asked to have a phone call to dicuss further or a zoom call and he replied a phone is not allowed. i kept questioning him, and he kept getting more aggravated and not me not to bother if i didnt believe him

This call overall was concerning. The caller claimed to be from ***, told me I was being recorded and asked me a “yes” question (if I was the person named). Unfortunately I answered and did respond yes before realizing my error and hanging up.

I WAS CALLED AND TOLD IT WAS AN XFINITY "SPECIAL" SAYING I QUALIFIED FOR MY BILL TO BE CUT IN HALF TO 29.99 FOR 2 YEARS. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PAY $240 IMMEDIATELY FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS TO THE PERSON ON THE PHONE. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE LOCATED IN DENVER, COLORADO AND THE PHONE NUMBER SAID INDIA. I CONTACTED COMCAST IMMEDIATLY TO SEE IF THIS WAS THE REAL DEAL AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT.
