today received a phone call who said they were calling from *** Cable and they wanted me to go on my computer and do something because someone was hacking into my cable. I almost went on my computer to but thought something was wrong so I said I'd have to call them back. He repeated that he was *** but I ended up hanging up on him and called *** myself. During my call to Comcast that same number kept trying to call me back. When I called *** myself They said they did not call me.

I was told by a tech from Comcast that I was hacked through Google and the tech would clear them out, as the man continued in my system, he mentioned that a lady from Comcast named Rebecca *** would bring a device called Sonic Fire Wall TZ 3000 with an updated router and Comcast would pay her with an cashiers check and I needed to go to Wallgreens and purchase a card with a license number, his name was Kevin *** 1-845-5204845. I told him I believe this is a scam. Why would Comcast need me to outsource anything for them. I told him get out of my computer ! That I would call Comcast to verify this information. He said you will only get customer service, I told him they will connect my to technical support. He also wanted to know what I used my computer for. I told him I would report him to the police. My computer is down and I'm working on getting it back up.
