They person claiming to be the landlord used two different names. Chris paccione and Sebastian Paccione. He can never meet in person but has a key code to view apartment. He told me I have to pay double deposit 1900 plus rent once the apartment is finish. Once the apartment is ready that’s the day i’ll sign my lease. I had got approved but the day I was supposed to drop money order off I decided to try to contact to ask more questions before a money exchange. Because I asked so many questions he decided not to meet with me nor would he answer any calls. There is no business address on website and only a direct link. When searching the company it should to be in MN.
