I ordered the 20/20 luxury recliner camping chair on July 4th and never received it. The company did not respond to my emails and now the website is gone. I reported them to my bank and my bank is trying to get my money back. I never received the product.

Same thing happened to me. I bought the camping chair 5 weeks ago. I emailed them and they said because of the pandemic it takes 18-20 days to ship. Well, it’s been 36 days and still nothing.

My wife ordered two luxury chairs from Coloufulbest, they also go by inovelty. They took our money and we never received the chairs. We attempted to contact the but they will not respond back. We are counting this now as a loss.

On May 25, 2020 I purchased several paint by number framed items, paint brush holder, LED magnifying glass and Nylon paint brushes. This company had a Facebook page and it kept popping up on my page. The total payment to them was $125.83 and payment cleared my account on May 27, 2020. I have sent them several emails asking to send my money back. I have left a post of Facebook and it was taken down. When sending them emails they ask for your phone number and I have provided that number with each email. I can not find any information about this company, no phone numbers and no address.

I ordered a chair from an ad I saw on my Facebook feed. This item was ordered June 15 and as of today 7/11 it still hasn't even shipped. I contacted the company on June 21 for an estimate on when to expect delivery and their response was "Hello, the logistics company is paralyzed because of the pandemic, you can receive at the end of June, please wait, thank you." They were promoting that they are based in Texas and covid-19 has not affected them. Well end of June came and went so i contacted them again on 7/9 and stated I have not received this and asked for a refund. Their response was "you can receive in next week, please wait, thank you." I returned to their facebook page which is linked to their website and the site is closed but the people commenting also said they were scammed and it is a fraudulent company.
