Back on April 11th i purchased some outfits from this company as the logo is J and i thought it was JCPenney Outlet come to find out it wasnt after order was submitted. I received email stating order was received and then email stating order was shipped and received tracking number of YM2241265062CD which you put tracking number in https://www.tracking654.com/ it says order delivered which it has NOT. Says it was delivered on 5/16/2023. I have never received anything there is no proof of delivery like Amazon or any other delivery agent. I have sent several emails wanting a refund and they keep telling me that there is an issue with the card and the payment but they are still working on it and that has been every since they advised it was delivered on 5/16/2023. So today i sent another email advising i would again like my refund that i would be reporting this today. And i also paid extra for shipping as well. I have attached couple proof of purchase. Also the phone number that i provided for them is incorrect just had to make up number so that i was able to proceed they do not have an phone number listed anywhere on the website.
