I got a E-mail stating that if I filled out a short survey I would receive a $500 dollar gift card from Walmart . I had to pay the shipping and handling charge of $7.95. Then I received a Confirmation # 216171129. I haven't received anything else except charges to my credit card. The

first charge was on 4/11/2023 for $79.95 . The 2nd charge was on 5/11/2023 for $69.95 . The vendor name on my credit card statement was COLORFUL MODERN QUALIT for both charges listed the phone number AS (833) 597-1716 CA. The 3rd Charge that appeared on my statement on 5/29/2023 was for$39.95 . The Vender was listed as AWESOMEBOOSTSGREATKITC and phone number referenced was (877) 741-9134 CA.
