I received a letter in the mail from the Colorado Compliance Services which said "Public records indicate (company name) as of (12/1/2021 has not filed an annual periodic report with the Colorado Secretary of State. Please follow the instructions exactly when complete this form to file a periodic report immediately. It looks very official, like it came from the State of Colorado. It is filled with publicly available information about my business so at first I almost responded. It says I need to send in $65 and "Price includes $10 state fee and CCS processing fee." I looked it up and it's a company that is attempting to scam people into paying for submitting periodic disclosures.
