They call and offer to come and inspect your roof as they are in the area for other work. They offer two times, one in the morning, the other in the afternoon, usually 5:00 PM.

This is a call center based in Edwards, CO, according to caller ID. I did not lose any money, but this is the kind of thing that screams for someone to come by your home and try to find a way of taking money away from people.
