The fraud employer who I never received my payroll from has my SSI# from the W4 the fraud company had me sign, copy of my drivers licence and possibly information on my computer due to this company installing a dashboard platform from which I was to use for incoming and outgoing packages. Individual's that contacted me by email, text and phone are Kevin Lee & Christine Joy HR Managers (877)922-9009 & (329-5050, Elvin Allen (786)607-2426 shipping manager, Sarah Hellison (786)646-2287& Melinda Swain (786)671-3198 both supervisors. I hope thier caught so noone else will be used fraudulent.
