I made a purchase of a Dewalt tablesaw from colofullife.com on Sept. 3, 2021. They had advertised the product on Facebook marketplace and had a link to their website, where I made the purchase. I became suspicious shortly thereafter because I got no confirmation email, so I emailed their contact address, but received no reply. On September 9 I emailed them again and requested that my order be canceled. Again, I received no reply. I began to research the company further online, and found warnings that their website was a scam. I am enclosing copies of a review by an online reviewer, peaitalia.com. In addition, when I tried to get on the colofullife.com website again, I received a warning that the website was unsafe. They are continuing to sell items from a website of a different name, careyliving.com. Their physical address is listed as 13599 Park Vista Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas 76177. On Google, that address is the address of a Ryder truck company. I put in a complaint to PayPal, and they replied that the merchant provided a tracking number with proof of delivery. The delivery never happened, and I understand that companies steal tracking information in order to dupe PayPal.
