I ordered a jersey in December and never received the item. I have attempted to obtain a refund several times with no luck. I am out $150 and they have my credit card information.

I ordered a jersey on December 18, 2022. Received a tracking number on 12/31/22. The FedEx tracking link has shown "Label Created" in Hong Kong since 12/31/2022. Have called two different phone numbers and e-mailed the "contact us" e-mail but have not heard back from anybody.

ordered from the website. Was notified that the product was lost. Contact is by email and don't have an address for this company. Order was place Nov.22 and it is now Jan 2, 2023. I filed a complaint with the payment company...Afterpay..and I tried to post comments on their website, but it won't allow any negative comments to post. Looks like a big scam to me.

On 12/9/22, I ordered a basketball jersey off of Collegiate Jersey House and paid through PayPal. I received a tracking number from the company for a USPS package. I am not able to track the package, as it says that the label was created but is not in the system. After posting a comment on the review page, I am not the only person experiencing this issue. This is most definitely a scam, as I have emailed, called, and left messages for the (multiple) phone numbers listed on their website, in emails, and through PayPal. I have received no response. I filed a claim through PayPal and hope to get my money back.
