I placed an order online through the Collectoe.com website on 11/10/2022. The $40.40 charge went through that day. My order receipt email was supposed to include a tracking number, but it did not. I have not received the order yet and I wanted to check the status. The website has three ways to contact the company for help. One is by email. I sent an email 12/4/22 with no response. They also state live chat as an option, but my multiple live chat inquiries have not been answered, There is also a phone number given, 972-50-599-9275, but I'm hesitant to call and possibly incur a phone charge higher than the value of the order. The office address is given as Fein 3, Tel Aviv. My lack of ability to get an answer through email or the live chat on the website is causing me to believe that this is not a legitimate company or that the company took my money and has since closed.
