I used their website www.collectionkitchens.com to purchase 3 dining table placemats. I used Paypal to pay for the items in the cart, and received an invoice from Paypal saying 'You paid to Gretchen Mckinzie $51.75'. I then waited 2 weeks and did not receive my items. I tried contacting the seller via their 'Contact Us' page, but the page would not file my information and instead just kept spinning. I noticed they did not have a phone number listed on their webpage, nor did they have any email address. I also did not receive any confirmation of my order via email, nor any tracking information. I then noticed on their website, under their 'Privacy Policy' page it mentioned an email address: 'All [email protected] Web servers and database servers are housed and maintained in secure locations'. When I searched for that email '[email protected]' online I saw that other people have been scammed from that same email. However, I did not see 'Collection Kitchens' as a valid company on the Better Business bureau website, and therefore could not lodge a complaint about them on the BBB, which is why I'm reporting this here. Fortunately, PayPal refunded the $51 immediately upon me reporting this purchase as never being delivered, which I greatly appreciated. I hope this will help others from dealing with the same issue that I did with Collectionkitchens.com.

After I placed an order that could not be fulfilled at the store "At Home", I google searched for the item that I was looking for and the item came up through the website called Collection Kitchens. I ordered the item (a table runner) through their site and then realized I didn't know anything about the business. When I looked at the business' contact information the address seemed fishy and there was no phone number to call. When I placed the order, it sent me to a secondary site that asked that I provide a code texted to me by my bank to use my debit card, which I had never done before. The charge didn't go through that day (it was supposed to be for $20.85). And today I got a fraud alert from my bank asking if I authorized a purchase for $205.80. I reported it and the payment was stopped. The business looks legitimate at first glance at its website and the site has home items- I'm wondering if it's somehow benefiting from the other store (At Home) which I tried to place the order from not being able to fulfill the original order that I placed.
