I got calls and texts from familly and friends about JRC Services contacting them with a case number and a phone number of 855-659-5903. They claimed that in 2018 I took out a installment loan from The Cashstore for $1852.00. When I try to ask question because I was completely unaware of what she was talking about she told me to not deny it they have evidence that I committed fraud by not paying this loan back. She told me legal action is now for $4103.55 but they were willing to settle for $1107.00 if I call today by 4:30pm their time. I told her I can't make that she said she will talk to her superiors to see if they would be willing to atleast take half today and half tomorrow. Long story short I calle my bank thank goodness to verify if something like this even existed Mtn. America verified that there was nothing on my account from the Cashstore for that amount in 2017 or 2018 the time span this caller was claiming. I will be completely honest my heart was racing she was verys threatening and seemed to have all her ducks in a row. But I asked for dates, amount so I could verify with my bank. She kept saying there was no use in trying to deny or dispute they have already connected all of my information and accounts and are coming after me. My bank told me if they continue to harrass me and my family to get cops involved.
