Received multiple calls from this agency (Ela) stating that there is a debt owed to Arizona Gastroenterology. The address they have on file is an Arizona address. I'm not sure how they received my name and number. I called the Gastro office and they didn't have me in their system but the billing office says they have me in their system but asked me to send my Driver's license to verify my identity. I refused to do so and they said they will continue to call me. The date of birth they said they have is 4/21/1971 which is not my DOB. I have never lived in Arizona and would never do a medical TeleHealth. I do not have any gastro issues to even require or need this service. I live in Ohio, my doctor would never request a recommendation based on my insurance requirements for a Gastro office in Arizona. I believe Ela at Collection Bureau of Arizona and Dalene billing representative at Arizona Gastroenterology are working together to scam people. I have asked them to send my any future communications via mail. I did not provide an address since they said they have an address on file.
