Received two phone calls, a week apart, from a supposed debt collection agency (unspecified) attempting to collect on a unpaid bill from Alliant Diagnostics with several prompts to create a payment plan. She referenced a CT scan from July, 2023. I asked that she send me the details about the date of service and the billing provider by mail. Nothing has been received as of 1/16/2025. In the interim, I contacted Medicare for a review of my service notifications. Nothing from that date range or amount or services totaling that amount was found. In fact, nothing was found to be flagged. I also contacted the billing offices for the healthcare organizations that I use and, again, no unpaid bills. Finally, contacted the three credit reporting bureaus who confirmed no adverse remarks or concerns with my reports. A Google search for "Alliant Diagnostics" found nothing. The closest was a report at the ScamPulse.com for "Alliance Diagnostics" as a scam.

Identical copy of someone else's report: Voice mail left for me on another person cell phone. Stating ‘internal case number 2024-XXXXX due to process service verification and we are making our final attempt to serve a court summons at the property address attached to this record. Documents require a signature for proper service and delivery someone over the age of 18 must be present and available. Contact the the issuing agency for additional information at 866 461 7329. Penalties and fine will result under title 18 section 1501. You have been notified’. No name of agency listed, tried a number look up and ScamPulse.com scam pops-up. I looked up the title 18 sec 1501 which brings up assault—no idea on that. Do not state property address (have been at current address for about 9 years) they trying and left voice mail not on my cell phone. The entire message just sounds very off not to mention stating anyone over the age of 18 present to serve—-I would think you would need to serve directly to the person listed. I did not acknowledge nor call this number.

Said I had a debt and wanted to know and verify my date of birth and Social Security number and said they had all that anyway but wanted to verify if they had the right person. Didn’t want to tell me who they were after asking them when I called the number back to verify who they were. I don’t have any outstanding debt.

I got a call from Midland collection agency stating that I had a loan from check and go, with the last four of my social that was given to me. They asked for money and told me that I had an outstanding balance, and that I was being sued. I’ve never had a check and go I called check and go my Social Security did not pop up in the system.

I received a phone call from a number 704-327-3005 claiming to be a collection agency regarding unpaid bills they had purchased from US Diagnostic Laboratories. I called the number back and have now spoken with three people there and of course have received no details on the disputed claims and have provided them with nothing. I have also contacted US Diagnostics Laboratory and received confirmation that this is a scam.

This number called many times requesting to speak in person with me. I called back and they told me that it was a collection agency and that the lady that call will call me back. I went to the internet and used the number they gave me. Found out that this was a scam. Many other people have been called from the same number being approached to send money orders or else face court charges. Please investigate this number and get this crooks. They need to terminate this harassment to honest citizens.

A woman called me up on my cell phone and claimed that I owed money to a payday loan company & she had my personal information (social security number), & claimed that if I didn't pay this debt now that they would take me to Court. She had also claimed that she sent a letter to me about this . I told her I didn't get it, and before I give you anything I'll take my chances and go to court. Then she got pissed off and hung up! So, after the call from her I called LIFE LOCK & got them monitoring my information. Especially after she had my SSN & DOB. PEOPLE WATCH OUT!!!!

I received a phone call from 888 571 0964 about a claim l. (142805#) I couldn't make out the name of the agency but I spoke with Tiffany. She told me I owe money to Fox Enterprise Pay Loan, but such a company doesn't exist. I want to report this as suspicious because they have my SSN and confirmed my identity with an old address, an older old job, for a bank account which to know is NOT mine. I looked into Fox Enterprise and a man told me that they received calls about this before and to contact you and my creditors. Please help,
