He called to advise us we owe an unpaid invoice for $3,312.69 from over 2 years ago. He was giving us one last chance to pay this before it goes to court and we are served papers. I told him I didn’t know anything about this and asked him to send me paperwork to research it. He said it had already gone to collections and he didn’t have any paperwork it was already with attorneys. He was a paralegal trying to close this out without going to court and was willing to take off interest and just collect the $3,000.
