I purchased a tent 11/4. Tried. Calling. And emailing for delivery update both are invalid. This purchase was made on paypal. Well the sender sent a tracking # ups. Says package was delivered on 11/6. So I called ups the tracking. Number belong to another person at a different address

My daughter saw a sale for a tent online on Facebook. The tent was on sale for just $0.01 so she used my card to buy it and the total was $2.91 with shipping. Soon after she purchased the product, she realized that it seemed a little off. She never got an confirmation email like it said she would get, there wasnt any way to contact the company, they had "online support" but they were never online, if they were online, they wouldn't help at all. She texted me to check my bank account cause it seemed off, I was gonna just brush it off cause it was supposed to be just $2.91, but she insisted. Sure enough, I checked my bank account and there were not one, but two charges on my account that weren't even from the same name as the supposed company, each for $60.00+. I went on my daughters phone and tried to cancel the order but again, there was no way to contact them. So i called my credit card company which, thank God, already shut my card down for "suspicious fraudulent activity". So I went in that Monday and got a new card. So here I am, reporting the company. Thank you for reading about my story.
