I bought my vehicle with extended warranty from another dealer February 2020 I began having problems with my vehicle 4 months after purchasing in which the location refused to service or honor the warranty so I brought it to this dealer for service. Since the start the service clerk began blaming me for safety for things she placed out of place and threatened to refuse service based on attempts to provoking an emotional reaction from me by scamming me by misplacing the floor mat under the gas and brake pedals and then claiming they did not do so and blaming me for safety problems. I have been having mechanical problems with my vehicle since and have records of how often I have had to bring my vehicle in for repairs at least once a month since October 2020. The warranty refuses to cover repairs on top of this dealer over charging me for repairs on top of charging me for diagnostic each and every time in which should follow from the initial diagnostic. I am now being told that I am needing repairs for parts that I do not need repairs on and instead are despairs for parts they have already replaced under their parts warranty
