I found the Coinstar machine in Safeway supermarket Fairoaks CA, this machine offering buying bitcoin with cash money. I put my $30 (US) into the machine. Then I got a voucher from the machine. The note in the voucher contain my coinme ID, transaction number, redemption code, and pin. The instruction on that voucher tell me to redeem this voucher online at coinme.com/redeem. Next I tried to visit coinme.com/redeem, input the redemption code and pin. After that it asked me to take picture of my ID and my self then submitted them, and I submitted them with some information (because it had to type it) about my name and my home address as it seen in ID. Next it told me my transaction failed.

I starting not feeling good with this, because after that I tried to chat with customers service online, It turned out it just a robot auto reply with no answer that can help me. Next day I called the customer support phone but it only lead to voicemail only, I spoke to the voicemail but until today NO FOLLOW UP from coinme.

I'm worry that my informations that they got from my self picture and my ID picture, could be used in the wrong hand.

Please Help.
