Type of a scam Online Purchase
My credit card was charged $89 on 6/29/2023 for "CoFounders Lab Launch" which was advertised to include premium membership to their site.
I was never given access and reached out multiple times to their team to resolve the issue and cancel my membership (interacted with a gentleman by the name of Sean Walsh who responds to messages from their [email protected] inbox).
The only way to get in touch with the team was email and couldn't find and wasn't given a phone number to reach them when I asked them.
I did not receive premium membership to their site and they did not refund and did not cancel my subscription. I subsequently put a block through on my credit card. While I wasn't able to get the $89 back, it blocked subsequent transactions from CoFoundersLab.
Issue here is consumer fraud. They are advertising premium membership with their "CoFounders Lab Launch" membership but not including it.
