I am reporting a scam on behalf of my daughter who lives in Palm Bay, Florida. She was on Zip Recruiter to find a job and saw one from a company named Coff's Solar Energy and she applied and then received an email from a Frank Boyd using a gmail email account and saying he was a supervisor representing Coff's Solar Energy. They set up an online interview and he asked her questions about where she lived and her cell phone number. She gave them and then a few days later she received an email with attachments of Job Offer Letter, W-4 forms, Form 1-9 (from Homeland security) as well as Company's Code of Business Conduct. the email indicates she was to go through the forms, sign and return via email for further documentation as soon as possible. She didn't thank god.

Today she received a $4,000 check from Mr. Boyd. She ripped that up.

The company is based out of Australia and I did a search and they have a face book page and a notice of this same type of scam on their news feed.
