Type of a scam Online Purchase
When a week later I had heard nothing, I went on their website to contact them. The only way to do so is through a "message delivery" that pops up on their website--there is no telephone number, no address, and no distinguishable email address. I told them the problem and asked when I would hear something. When a week passed and I still heard nothing, I wrote them again on their website indicating that if I did not hear from them within two days, I would contact a consumer protection group. I still have heard nothing.
When I "right-clicked" on the "Contact Us" tab, I only saw the URL, https://www.cofecshop.com/contact_us.htm. There was no "hidden" email address revealed.
It does not appear that they have charged my MasterCard as yet, but they do now have the credit card number and other identifying information.
