Yea I got the ice cube tray too smh. I got a literal ice cube tray in the mail. Hard plastic, just not even usable smh and the email to respond i got through my email? Didn't work ?? 32$ flushed

Ordered a nugget ice cube maker for $38 and received a little ice tray instead. I filed a claim with PayPal and was denied because a product was received but it was not at all what was ordered. Got an email from a guy named Brian offering me a $7 refund. Total scam...do not order from this company.

Thought I was buying a little counter top ice maker (off a Facebook site) .
This is what I received. ..scammed me. What a fool I am. Will fight this worldwide Corp as much as possible but doubt I will get my product or $$ back.

I watch a sales video for a portable ice maker for $28.95 so I bought it. Waited for weeks to get a tracking number. I tracked it and when it said it was delivered in my mailbox I was shocked. Went to my mailbox and discovered they sent me an ice tray. Definitely not an ice mackerel. They are falsely advertising. I still can't get ahold of anyone for a refund.
