Cedar carved bear with solar lanterns

I ordered 2 of these bears on 2nd October as Xmas presents. To say I was massively disappointed when they did arrive is an understatement. They were much much smaller than I was expecting but the biggest disappointment was that they were not made from wood but resin. Their Web page says "long lasting cedar chainsaw carving. Carved from cedar in the Sierra Nevada mountains. I do my best to prevent cracking on the carvings however products may contain small cracks as logs naturally expand and contract with the elements". There is no wood on these bears at all as was evident when I accidentally knocked one off the table.

I have asked for a refund and they keep sending me emails offering a refund amount but I want the 77.41 USD I paid for these bears
