I said they could resend it but wanted tracking number this time. Received email on March 8th: "This is your new tracking number: LS781267495CN. We sent it by USPS, you will be able to track your order on USPS website. Have a great day, Customer care" Watched tracking number, USPS never received order from company.
I replied to email on March 26th asking why my order has not been shipped yet. Never received a response. Sent another email on April 3rd asking for a refund to my credit card. Never received a response. Sent another email asking for refund on April 9th, this time email came back as "Address not found". Same day put in a refund request via the website's Customer Service site, never received a response.
Submitted scam to my bank, who did refund me the money. Still have yet to hear back from this company ever.
