Bruce was hired by my neighbor to replace a fence. After correcting many issues from the fence line not being straight to 5+ inches of concrete above ground level, he walked off the job. There was concrete, dirt and screws thrown throughout our new landscaping. A new rose bush was trampled. We had given him a deposit to complete a project for us, however he has refused to return all calls or our money. He has been reports to Arapahoe County Economics Crime Unit. If he has scammed you, please report him. Their number is 720-874-8547.

I hired Bruce Kolbe purported owner of Cobra Construction to complete a full remodel of my condo. The cost of the remodel included labor and materials. We agreed upon an amount and an estimated time line to complete the job. Mr. Kolbe began the job on 2/1/2017. Although he did not complete the job, he was paid in full on 5/6/2017. He stated that he ran out of the previous funds that he was given and needed the remainder of the monies due on the contract to complete the job. The last contact from Mr. Kolbe was on 5/22/17. He wanted to speak with me but would not call me at work. He said that he would call me at 4:00 PM on 5/22/17. He never called. I sent a letter to his registered agent and to the Pueblo West address which is on the contract . The letter to his registered agent was returned un-deliverable. The letter to the Pueblo West address was returned indicating that the PO Box was vacant. I intend to file a fraud complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's office. I have to hire others to complete the work. At this time I don't have a total amount of dollars lost estimate $4,000.00
