I sent Chanel ballet flats (retail value $850) in for repairs. The company has essentially stolen my shoes. They have been in for repairs since October and I have received no communication about their status, when I may receive them, etc. I have tried contacting them numerous times with no response. I have requested a cancellation of my order December 18th (which they guarantee a 72 hour response time) and have heard nothing.
