I got several notices that is was shipped and then the tracker notice says delivered to my home address but it has not been delivered

I do not have the product and suppose I have been scammed

I re dive other packages just fine but this one HAS NOT been delivered and I have requested a refund

I ordered a 3pack set of folding storage bins. My daughter asked me about the storage bins and I told her, "Oh let me check on them". I sent a email, asking about my items. I got a return email saying the items was on the way. Two days later I received a small package and didnt know what it was. I open the package and it was a small scarf. I was confused. Two years ago I remember something happening to my daughter where she ordered something the company send something totally different. So i went to my email and checked the tracking number for my item of the folding strangers, and long a behold something happen. The tracking number they sent me for my storage bins was the same number for the scarf. Then I followed the email tracking for my items, and guess what. The info had said the folding storage bins was delivered the same day I received the scarf. I was so angry and I sent a email to the company and no response for 2 weeks.
