On 01/11/2016 @ 0800 I received a missed call and an automatic voicemail telling me that were investigating " my name" and to call them back with information. I called the phone number back, spoke with a Carla? Asked for name of company she said Coastal. She even spelled it out for me. Told me they have my case for pre-litigation for defrauding a financial institute. I asked what they were talking about? Who said this? What is going on? She said some company, but when I asked for the name again she told me it was a pay-day loan. Told her I never had a pay day loan before. She cut me off and said if you are disputing this then we can just have these documents filed in county court. I told her I want all written documentation of this alleged pay-day loan. I was going to file a police report. She told me it was mailed to some 1111 Alaska road? I think that is the address she said. She never gave a city or state and when I asked her to repeat the address she said they will file the necessary documents and hung up on me. I did a quick online search of the company and all I found was complaints of a scam. When I attempted to call the number back to speak with a supervisor, it now tells me the number is not accepting calls. Between 0800-0815 on 01/11/16 their number stopped accepting my calls.
