Received a call from Coastal Collections telling me I owe for a payday loan through Vista Solutions taken out in 2012. I am not aware of the loan they are asking about. I asked for something in writing stating what I owe and to whom, and I was told that they can not send anything, fax or email. I told her I would be willing to look into it further if I could get something in writing - I asked this multiple times. I was simply told that if I did not set up a payment arrangement within 24 hours that I would be served with papers and there would be a warrant for my arrest. I again said I would look into it if I could get something in writing. I told her that I had heard of scams of this sort and that I didn't believe her unless I had something in writing. She continued to argue with me so I finally just told her I would report this to the ScamPulse.com and I hung up.
