Scammer's address would not give address, but telelphone number traced back to Punjab using a vodaphone from India from a google search which showed a gsm network maybe a cellphone was used?

Call came in, unregonized number & left no message. I called back. Was infomed about a supposed past due cash advance from 2010 and I would need to pay the 500 off. I had filed bankruptcy in 2009 and included all debts, they used the name midland finance or was pretending to be acting on thier behalf. I explained to them I am not paying anything on something I didnt take out in 2010. Was "transferrred" to a supervisor where I was told to do a settlement of half and they wanted my checking acct or credit card info. I was then told I could do 100 to hold off a filing of court summons or suit. I was also told rudely I had 1 hour to made a decision to pay & was given a second 855 number with an extenstion to call back. I told the person I was contacting my lawyer because this didnt happen and why contact me now in 2016? Also thought it was odd they did not announce that this was an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be to do so as required by law. Somehow they knew my old childhood address, my current email address and my past place of employment. Including my name. They called my parents asking for me with same info and threatning. How they got my 7 month old cell phone number nor my parents number is beyond me. Scary and obviously a scam once I googled the number, I called back later that night and got a voicemail stating they was "Coastal" as thier company name. Odd indeed, luckily I was smart enough to not give any personal financial information.
