On Thursday 11/16/2023 I was offered a 3 month Chubby to Chiseled program that included 24/7 access to a trainer, custom training, meal plans, cookbooks, weekly check-ins, etc. This program was $1400. I was rushed through the payment process on Affirm and then told to follow guidelines on emails to get started the following Monday 11/20/2023. As soon as the payment processed, I never heard a single thing from Marco, his employee Chase or anyone at MD Fitness. I asked for a refund as I was being seperated from my only employment and couldn't start as my children need a roof over their head before I needed training. Since I hadn't signed any contracts or even scheduled a single meeting, this should have been no issue if I wasn't being scammed, but sadly that was not the case. I reached out to Marco by email 11/18, on Facebook messenger 11/21 and 11/29 but still not a single response but he did read and see my messages which is almost worse. I am currently disputing this fraud with Affirm to get my money back.
