I ordered 2 "coach" bags totaling (with shipping)$136.58. Upon checking my bank account, I was charged $167.49.

The merchandise(I use the term loosely) arrived in a desecrated box. Completely unwrapped and contained no packing slip

or receipt. The bags were the wrong style, the wrong color and were not of the quality presented on their website.

I promptly contacted their customer service dept. I sent the bags back (at my expense $52.75) and was assured compensation.

I tracked the return, all the way back to China. The package sat at their post office for weeks. They were never picked up.

The customer service representative stated tracking a "lost" package would take quite a long time. Yet the rep. repeatedly assured me

of compensation. She gave me a date that I was to receive my refund (6 months away) Once the LONG AWAITED date arrived

my emails went unanswered. I even tried to call the company on the phone (once i figured out the time difference)Needless to say, the person that answered did not speak English. I was never compensated. I'm out $220.24.

Basically I placed an order online on 11/18/17 through their Facebook Ad for 2 handbags totaling $112 . The amount actually charged was $121.63. Their response was that they did not received the extra money and they thought it was a bank charge. I went to my bank and their explanation was that it was probably a difference in currency between here and China! I was told this was a local complany, but after that, all indictions were otherwise. I have contacted them by email several times and have been advised to be "patient". I feel as if I have no recourse since this "company" is not located in the US and China could care less about me as long as they received my dollars! The email address I have been corresponding with is BAO tao, [email protected] . Yes, all of that is spelled correctly. The IP Address used was 162.158.74.9 The Host Address is listed as OFFICE_IP_TO_HOST_ADDRESS . I'm sure all of this is useless information, but maybe I'll feel better thinking that you can keep them from scamming some other unsuspecting sole.

11/28/16 Ordered a leather coach purse/matching wallet in black. Cost $106.00 Received products 12/30/16. Products do not have identifying external & internal markings to deem them authentic Coach. Items are made from vinyl, not the model or color I ordered. A charge of $ 116.00 appeared on our MasterCard dated 11/29/16. We have disputed the charge. To date the company has'nt disputed the refund. The have 45 days. I have sent them numerous emails. That is the only means of contacting them from the website. I don't know what to do with the product. Don't feel I should have to pay to return it +a 15% surcharge??? Would cost about $60.00.

The following website appears to be a Coach Factory Outlet store offering great deals, but I purchased a purse on this website and then realized it is a fraudulent company. I am disputing the charge with my credit card, but would like to report them as fraudulent.
