Co Sign ASAP poses as a company that will use their business' good faith as a co signer for people who need help renting apartments. What they actually do is impersonate you to the complex you are wanting to rent from, and provide them with a fake SSN, fake pay stubs and fake information. The complex caught on and wouldnt let me rent without showing them an actual SS card, not one my "account" was sending over, which is what co-sign asap told them. Total scam and needs to be shut down and monies refunded to people already struggling!

I found the company online and tried to do as much research as possible prior. when contacted by a representative i was told the process was simple and the cost is 600$ for them to cosign to you to get approved. They tell you that you pay 300$ up front and the other 300$ upon approval. I met all their requirements to move forward in the process, income dept and no criminal background. They then proceeded to apply for me via on line at the apartment of my choice. They said that could take up to 48 hours, i checked back daily until they stopped responding. They said the complex was not responding to them. They tell you not to reach the apartment directly so we don`t jeopardize out application. I asked the apartment if in face they revived my application and they said no. When i asked my agent she never responded when i informed her and demanded an explanation. Iv left several voicemails and messages, still no response.. They are completely ignoring me and will not give my money back or let me speak with a representative. They ARE A SCAM AND I WANT THIS COMPANY BROUGHT DOWN!
