This company is an online automobile auction service. You are able to view photos, and there are written details regarding the condition of the vehicles. The written information and photos are fabricated lies. On 5/31/22 I won a 1999 Subaru Outback that was advertised to run and drive, with front end damage. On 6/1/22 I went to go pay the money and pick up the vehicle. After the company took my money the car was brought out into the lot. First the front passenger tire was flat, the wheel was bent, and crammed into the fire wall. Upon further inspection of the front end of the vehicle I noted that the a pillar of the automobile was completely destroyed. This damage makes it impossible for the vehicle to drive. I then opened the hood and there was no battery in the vehicle, and with out a battery the car does not run. A man came out and attempted to prove the car runs and drives. He was able to jump start the vehicle, and he physically moved the vehicle. After attempting to get assistance from 3 different employees, I was basically told I was ripped off. This business is getting away with false advertisement, misleading buyers, and deceiving customers for financial gain. This seems illegal.
