Purchased tickets for the Salem, Mass. "Haunted Happenings" bus tour for 10/17/2020. I received an email with ticket information and a receipt with no booking number. Account was charged for tickets. Information on the bottom of tour information stated will receive a confirmation email with bus seat information and more details regarding trip. Never received such information. The week of the trip starting on October 12th, I began to attempt to contact CNY Bus Tour via email and phone calls at which phone number of 315 922-7100 was disconnected. I proceeded to contact another phone number via the company's website 3159926688 at which I have left multiple voicemails with no response. Emails were never answered as well. The day of the trip went to New Hartford to get on the bus but there was no bus and no building for such company. This drive to New Hartford was about an hour long. My sister and I went to the Citgo gas station across the street from where the bus was supposed to be, the attendent stated "we were the second couple to inquire about this bus tour." It was obvious we were scammed. I would like my refund of $171.50 for two tickets for the bus tour.
