He then further blackmailed us by charging an additional arbitrary fee of $500 without any notice, approval, or consent.
The invoice that was given was only given after everything was paid and only put $2500 down on the invoice, not the full amount paid of $4000. Only then did he agree to unload our things. At the end of the day, our belongings were poorly handled and we ended up with severely damaged and ruined furniture. He did not even try to resolve the problems and simply ignore any complaints that we have had. Our damages total over $20,000. The way he handled the business and customer should be punished and the amount of distress, anxiety, and fear that we have had over this matter is incalculable and those responsible should be severely punished.
