We ordered 4 car lifts in dec 2020 and we figured they were cheap and cheesy. Exp for only 27.99 each. But heck it was worth the shot. Was charged 119.96 and waited & waited. After contacting the company several times by email them telling us they were late do to mail delays. We figured covid. Following the tracking finally the PK came. Mid February 2021. They sent us a pair of cheap sunglasses we could of bought at a 1$ store with a cheap 1$ case. Contacting them to tell them the issue they gave us 2 choices. We can send them back at our expense and get 15% of our money back. And they said it would cost us 30$ to return the glasses. I said no way. I replied saying I want full refund or the product I ordered and I will gladly return the glasses at my expense. Still no from them. Now saying we return the glasses and they will give us 50% after they get the glasses back and it could take several months to get our money back once they receive there product back. Plus there emails are not even typed correctly. It's like talking to a non English person on the phone. When you are English it's hard to understand what there saying. They type what they speak. Just beware there scammers.
