I recieved a call from a so called officer (gave no name) my caller ID verified the court house number because they used thier fax number as a disguise. The officer said the envelope was sealed but for me to call the this number. I did and reached a Michael Lawson. He stated I owed 3695 on a autolaon from 2016. And I could settle out of court for 1900 I told him i didn't have that money so he said they'd lower it to 1200. I told him I'd have to think about it and he said he'd give me 1 hour on the offer. When I called back the voice-mail said his name was Patrick. He called me back and I told him that I'd go to the court house to look at these so called papers to see my balance owed. He told me not to do that because I'd lose the offer of 1200 and I'd have to pay the full balance and go to court. He then emails me a document to sign and tells me to overnight a postal money order to cms Financial in Phoenix Arizona and to vall him back with the serial number and tracking number. I told him alright and did my research and called the original lender and found out that I don't even owe a balance. I also called the court house and they confirmed the number called from is thier fax number and that they did not call me. This person is now calling my place of employment and saying I'm gonna be served at my job.

I was trying to consolidate credit cards to no interest cards which they helped me with but then there were some questionable occurrences - supposedly check issued to them was damaged so they wanted a new check for$ 5000.00. There were 2 charges to my credit card which were unknown and I did dispute them.

They originally called my mom looking for me so I called them back only for them to tell me that a hospital was suing me for a prior unpaid medical bill. They said I would be served soon and wouldn’t accept any payment less than $400 only by money order or cashier check
