On September 10, I ordered a bottle of CBD oral drops as CBD dummies. I paid $6.99. I received the two products and was not impressed. Then 14 days later I was billed $94.94 from CMREFACECREAM. I contacted PayPal because this company was not known to me. I was assured that the charge would not go through. However, they went through my bank and the charge was paid. On October 3rd I contacted the above listed company through their phone number listed on the website. I explained that I had never heard of this company and I was told it was for the CBD oil. I explained that I had no clue why they were billing me and I was told that when I order the CBD oil and gummies I had 14 day to cancel the automatic billing of the full amount . I explained that I wasn’t aware of this issue and that being on social security/disability I was not able to pay the amount nor did I want to as I was not aware of the charge. The representative explained she would offer a refund of $50 for each item totaling $100.00 would be refunded to my account and all services would be cancelled and no further charges would be billed to my account. I thanked her, immediately received emails of the refunds and cancellations. I was told to wait 5-10 business days for the refund. I checked yesterday the 5th and it had not come in when I checked. Today the 6th of October when I checked my PayPal account I had 5 dollars and change available. When I checked the recent activity, it showed where I had received the $50 dollar refund under the name of CMRFACECREAM and the $50 dollar refund under the name of CMREYESERUM . Then above that I received a charge for $94.87 under the name of CMREYESERUM. I immediately called the phone number on the website and spoke to a representative. I explained that I had called in on October 3rd and everything had been cancelled and that I had received the two refunds totaling $100.00. Then CMREYESERUM had turned around and billed me $94.87. She tried to explain that because they had issued a one time charge of $50 they could only return $40. I explained to her that it was not accurate information as I had received the two refunds but that they billed and received $94.87, and that by returning only $40.00 I was out the 54.87 and that was not legal nor accurate when on the 3rd of October I had received a cancellation email from these companies and was told that no more charges would be billed to my account. She repeatedly attempted to explain the could o my refund $40 and I stated that if that’s all she was going to do and not pay attention to the entire matter I was saying goodbye as I was being cheated out of money I couldn’t afford to spend.
