I received a bill in the mail from "Frontier Communications" and the mail correspondence was CMR Claims. It was a mirrored bill of one I had gotten last year. They said that they handle all of the damage claims for Frontier and that I need to pay them directly or send them proof I have already paid this bill. I sent them a copy of my invoice that showed my account info and pin number clearly on it. They now had full access to my account. They called me back and said the proof I provided was insufficient and that I will still need to pay this $212.22 bill to them. I called Frontier directly and they said my account is paid up and that they do not send their bills to this company. I think called customer service and had my account pin changed and hopefully was able to secure my account in time.
