I purchased solar lights from CMOLO CO for $45 off a Facebook ad. They sent me the wrong lights. When contacted they demanded that I send the wrong items back to China for $20. Why should I pay for your mistake!? PayPal sided with them unless I filled out a criminal fraud report. I think our law enforcement has better things to do than deal with a corrupt Chinese company! I went on the PayPal community site and there are dozens and dozens of complaints.

Purchased a MOSQUITO NET TENT IN June from this company. As of August 3, I have not received my order. None of the contact information provided works, not even the tracking number. This is a bogus company. I've contacted Paypal for resolution. Waiting to see if they honor their claim.

I ordered a solar pool ionizer. I received a cheap pool chlorinator. I got in touch with CMOLO and they insisted that’s what I ordered. I sent them a copy of my receipt showing what I ordered. My receipt clearly states it’s a pool solar ionizer. They still insisted I did not order the solar system. I went to report it to PayPal. My resolution was to mail it back to them...in China, for a refund. I asked PayPal why I should pay to send it back if they sent me the wrong item...they never answered me. I mailed it back, cost a bit over $17.00. I hope to get a full refund.

Exactly what happened to me. It seems like they place the facebook ad about the solar pool ionizer but the link takes you to the cheap chlorinator which you then order by default, or they have changed the page after the ad. I sincerely don´t recall. If you go to the page now, there are 3 options, one is the ionizer at a pretty normal price, then there is the option of buying two ionizers and the third option is a non solar pool ionizer which is in fact no ionizer at all but the floating thing for tablets that costs usually just a few bucks. I am curious to know whether you get your money back. i gave up on paypal and are trying to get my money back from the credit card company. I am not willing to pay for the return shipment.

This company advertises products on Facebook. I was a lucky purchaser as I actually received the product I thought I ordered. However, the product was simply a joke and of very poor dime store quality. I ordered an outdoor screen and projector. The picture of what I ordered looks like nothing I received. Screen was simply cheap cotton material stuffed (not folded) in a bag with no screen stand as pictured on Facebook. The cardboard projector is a joke as well and very weak. When I looked up the return procedures, I had to go to their website published only on the purchase receipt and it states one must contact them by email to obtain the address to return the product with 14 days of receipt and they will decide if you quality for a refund. I contacted them twice and received no reply. I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge and the firm replied immediately to PayPal not with the shipping address to return the product but inquiring why the return which is a delay tactic. I then researched the firm and it seems there are dozens of stories like mine on several internet scam websites except most clients never received their products. Company is based in China and only reachable by a gmail email— [email protected]
