CMOLO CO or ASER.CO Reports & Reviews (18)

ASER CO are [censored], bait and switch. I ordered what is in the graphic and received the piece of crap below. PayPal have had numerous reports about this company and have done nothing to compensate. PayPal I believe are complicit in this fraud and transaction details against ASER CO prove it. No web, email or contact details listed are correct.

I ordered a 5 foot dancing grinch from Aser Co. In China for $47. I received a 11 inch plush toy. The company says"sorry it didn't meet your expectations" and offered to refund $9. I filed a complaint through PayPal. Aser offered $18 and told me to send back the doll. In my research I am finding this company has scammed hundreds of people. They need to be held accountable.

Same here.. it was going to cost 75.00 to 248.00 to send this toy back

ASER.Co scammed me with the help of paypal because I believe Paypal gets a kick back from this Company, Involving Paypal Only cost me MORE money along with sending a worthless piece of felt back to a company that was supposed to be sending me a digital tablet!...May Acer and Paypal Rot!

I also tried to buy the wings on FB and got the cheap cardboard wings - they are ridiculous! I wanted the deluxe wings to use in a Christmas Ice Show. These looked like the child size ones and are probably worth the $19.99 cost of the child ones. I tried to call the number that was listed and was not able to call them. I tried to email the company and the email that was given is not complete. I am going to try the "snail mail" and write them about it, although I doubt that will help. The "ASER.CO" seems to be a company that sells investment stuff and not anything else. I am out $51.49. What a scam! PayPal - shame on you for working with such a fraudulent company!

I ordered the same Jabberin Jack animated talking pumpkins and received 3 strings of battery operated pumpkin light strings. I have been dealing through PayPal to get a complete refund. Aser Co. wants me to return the items to China at my costs, approx, $60, which is more than I paid for these inferior, incorrect pieces of crap. They are a complete scam. I can't message them anymore since their email is disabled and so is their website. I have notified them when their email was operating that I was not going to pay to return these pieces of crap, that they need to provide a return label as they sent the wrong item. Guess what, they said it's my responsibility. I even offered to destroy the items and send them the pics so they will know the items would not be used. Only response, return the items at your costs and we will refund your purchase price.

Ordered jabbering jack animated pumpkins and received 3 dollar store pumpkins the size of apples. Same story, they offer 20%, then 40% or you have to return to China for a full refund. I disputed and opened a claim with Paypal and the case was ruled in my favor and Paypal refunded my purchase in full.

BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, I purchased some Angel wings, (WHAT A JOKE!) they were cardboard cut outs with a picture of wings. When I filed a complaint with PAYPAL they replied (ASER.CO) that they would give me 20% and of my $49.76 back. and for me to keep the sad excuse of WINGS. I told them that I wanted ALL my money back, then they sent me that they would give me 40% of my money back, and for me to keep the sad excuse of WINGS WHAT! Now I need to send them back out of my pocket to try and get me money back. To some bogus address (2nd Floor, Building C, Weitian Industrial Park, Wangniudun, Dongguan) I all so think that PAYPAL should help us, but no help from them. I will have to think twice next time I'm being as to pay with PAYPAL. Please NEVER buy from this company EVER! BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM, BIG SCAM!

I ordered a backlit keyboard from CMOLO via Amazon in June 2020. Weeks later I received a small, poorly wrapped, damaged package containing a keyboard I did not order. I took photos, wrote to CMOLO, filed a complaint with PayPal and today they closed the case in favor of CMOLO. I feel CMOLO did everything they could to string me along until PayPal closed their resolution window.

Please find attached:
PayPal communication in their resolution center (Parts 1 and 2)
Photos of broken keyboard in package.

I have also included a screen shot of the information available on CMOLO/PayPal scams which appear to be frequent and favor PayPal, not the customer. I realize my complaint is only over $32.73 but this is a fraudulent money making site which does not seem to deliver product. I'm not going to use PayPal any more as they don't seem to interested in refusing to do business with this company.

I had the same experience I ordered these shoe boxes the first 2 pics are what I received and the 3rd pic is what i thought i was ordering. I also have to pay to ship these back. This is a TOTAL SCAM! It's going to cost me over $50 and there is no guarantee i will get my $102 back. Not sure why pal pay wont remove them.

I bought a witches cauldron for 34.98 US dollars and all I got was a cauldron the size of a mug and it was plastic, really annoyed

I have also purchased the 'same' shoe box as advertised from this website tecsah.com and the company name that appear on my paypal account is CMOLO. The item that i have received is not what they have advertised. (please see attached photo), and I filed a complaint to Paypal.

The best part is, the return address that the seller provided is from China and there is no company name or contact person. This place has many companies housed under the industrial building, so there will be no one to receive the item. So i paid USD40 and send back the items, in order for paypal to refund me.
From the refund details, it seems like they have changed their company name from CMOLO.CO to ASER.CO.

Please be aware as the website is still live.

I too am also experiencing the same situation with aser.co I order from advertisment on facebook . I ordered a baitcast reel and what they sent me was a baitcast reel that wasent nowhere close to the one I payed 57.00. And with the cmolo.co I ordered 5 facemask for $162.00 10 minutes later I realized that I had made a mistake and sent them an email that I needed to cancel the order their response was the item has shipped and they couldn't refund me my money
Relly it had been 10 minutes I filed a claim with PayPal and they also told me the same thing so it makes me wander if pay pal is in it also we shall see after I get my answer from the claim I filed against them. I did some research and found out that all the items that I have ordered from Facebook thru advertisements all products come from the Wish.com website and the items there are way less expensive than the prices that there are ripping us off
All packages are all the same just like if we ordered from wish. So I'm pretty sure wish is behind this mess . So I go to start leaving my reviews on all them sombitches.

This company is using social advertising on Facebook and Instagram to present as though they are an American company selling campaign merchandise. I bought a Biden-Harris garden flag, under the pretense that this was an American seller. It is in fact a Chinese company that is well known as a scam both reported on PayPal (https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Disputes-and-Limitations/CMOLO-Co-is-a-Scam... and outside PayPal (https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/208296). I have reached out to the company for a refund, while pointing out the false advertising. Their response was that they sent the item but cannot confirm if/when it will ever be received claiming the reason is COVID and "riots" in the U.S. That is a ridiculous response, based upon where I live. More importantly, any information about shipping timelines must be best represented at the time of purchase, not after purchase when a consumer inquires about the item. I have disputed the transaction with my bank, blocked the seller, changed my password on PayPal and have contacted Facebook to additionally alert them about the scammy advertiser in its midst as they will continue to dupe Americans until someone does something about it. It's not about the amount of the money I lost, because it wasn't a lot. It's about protecting other consumers from this scam.

I too got scammed by these companies from FB - they advertise drawer style shoe boxes - they show them as strong durable, stackable and you can even stand on them but they send you a subpar product made of flimsy plastic that you have to put together - heck I only got a partial order of 30 of the 50 of the subpar items - I asked for a full refund and they said I had to pay for shipping to send my items receive back - they said it should be no more than $20 USD - they lied it cost $153.00 USD to send it back - so I told them that and they said I could keep the items I got (mind you a partial order) and they would refund me 40% of my order - I asked them why they are not even offering to send me my correct order and nothing - so in summary - you order as per their advertisement, they send you a partial order of a subpar item - they tell you the only way to get a refund is to ship the items received back at a cost to you of $153 which they will not refund you for and they will give you 40% of your original order - you on the other hand get no items from your original order - this is FRAUD and needs to be stopped - I am out $257.46 unless I accept their offer of 40% of my original order and keep their subpar item that won't
