Terrible!

Purchased items as a gift & never received them & when she responded on instagram she asked for my information & never contacted me back! Never got my items it’s been over 2 months & has yet to issue a refund! SUPER SCAM! Shut this down!

Placed an order 10/22/21 and received confirmation on the same day. Received an email on 11/4/21 stating my item has shipped and a tracking number was provided. The tracking number shows the label was created however as of today the item as not been received or shipped. My emails have not been answered and I have not found and phone number to call. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered from this girl, first of all, she is rude and second of all my order took 2 months to get here. When my order got her it broke within a week. I wasted 50$ on a piece of crap. On her tik tok, she went on her live and started talking bad about to email I sent her about wanting a refund because my order was nowhere to be found. I would not suggest her whatsoever. She talks crap about her customers and is way to immature to be owning a business, would never suggest or buy from this girl again.

This person has taken money from multiple people, in return of no product. Her social media comments will be flooded with people asking where their order is, and this will delete the comments, and even block them. This person stole $50 from me, claimed to have shipped my product but I called the post office and they said they weren’t even in possession of the item. Refund requests are refused, and the owner of this business blames all shipping issues on the post office. This has happened to multiple people who have purchased from this business and she also does not have a license to sell the products she does.

I usually check out a business before ordering but since i wanted to support a small business for the first time and I wouldn’t of ever thought she would steal my money, I didn’t investigate. I never got a confirmation email that I ordered but it shows up on my card history. I tried contacting her through her website and got no response. What do you suggest I do? She’s also making a bad image for other small businesses because I just wanted to support but ended up getting scammed.
