In the event of inability to pay. There is no way to cancel their membership without paying the balance due. I indicated that the balance due was unable to be paid and that I would like to end the reoccurring payment. They have charge another month and will not honor the initial request to cancel.

They continue to charge and in the case of inability to pay, they will not honor a request for cancellation.
