I naively ordered a customized football jersey from this online vendor as a gift. I never received a confirmation or receipt, so I emailed them to ask the status of my order. The reply said "Sorry for our poor customer service. We have shipped the item to you..." They provided tracking information, which I checked, and it said, "A shipping label has been prepared..."and it was supposed to be in transit. There has been no further tracking information available. I've tried to contact their customer service again, a guy named Scott Collins, but have not been receiving any replies. At the same time, I reviewed my credit card statement and found a fraudulent charge from that same day, which appeared to have been from China.
