This website is a fraud, I have attempted to purchase from them two once in 22 and again in 23. They will process your order, provide shipping insurance, and promise 3 day shipping but once you’ve paid they will send 3 months saying it’s processing. I still have not received an item from them

I ordered $77 worth of products from a website called Cloudy on November 20th 2020, and the products I've purchased haven't shipped after 5 days of waiting. I looked online if Cloudy was a scam and there were many people that complained about their products not shipping or arriving. So I contacted them 2 days ago on email telling them that my products still haven't shipped yet, and received no response. So I contacted them again on Instagram to ask about my products, no response again. So I contacted their phone number on their website and I was greeted with a voice mail saying that they don't receive calls but instead to contact them via email or Instagram. Many people have commented on their posts that they scammed money from them, and this website needs to be investigated before more people get scammed.
