Ordered super plush blankets ...my first time trying this company. Stole $179 U.S from me and never got order! Says it's still in transit according to shop tracking...a yr later !

Cloudlly is a fraud

On 21st December 2021, I ordered 2 sets of blankets and paid 29.99+29.99. I received an email showing "Thank you for your purchase!
...we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." I never received anything and when I emailed them the email returned as error. Clicking on the tab of their website showed that the website does not exist. Attached are pictures of the purchases.

Cloudlly Scam

On 21st December I ordered two sets of blankets (29.99 +29.99). Received an email showing "Thank you for your purchase...we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent". Yet I never received them. I tried to track the items but there's nothing. Whenever I emailed Cloudlyy, the email returned in error and clicking on the tab of the store shows it does not exist.

Should Have Known Better

Ordered for my daughter off of Facebook. Should have known better. Same issue as everyone else. Looked legit, received confirmation email and all then nothing. Emailed numerous times no response ever. Ridiculous that Facebook can spy on everything we legitimate people do but can’t stop scams from advertising on their site.

Blanket scam from cloudlyy

I saw an ad on tiktok for blankets my kids would just love. Thought only 19.95$ what a deal! Ordered one in every color for Christmas presents. No issues with payment, received confirmation email and order shipped email. Waited awhile, then tried to check on it. Website unavailable. Shop app no help. Emailed multiple times. To response and no way to get my money back. It’s just so sad that this occurs. Almost feel tiktok should be somehow accountable. They have so many rules and guidelines, but advertise items not guaranteed to arrive

Been waiting two months

On November 15th I ordered the noir black queen set and revived the order confirmation as well as tracking on Shop Pay. For the last two months I have emailed the company several times regarding my order and have received nothing back. I even tried looking up a website to see if I was contacting the correct email but literally could not find that company anywhere. Complete scam $29.95 gone.

Never ordering from an ad again!

I ordered on Nov. 30, got confirmation of order and later got email confirming it had shipped. I’ve never received..went to my bank to dispute it, they (Cloudlyy) had me set up on recurring payments. Had to cancel my card. All attempts to reach out to the company via email (since that’s the only contact info they have available) come back as “error undeliverable”. Try contacting shop to discuss the issue but it’s asking for the “order confirmation url” considering the Cloudlyy store is gone, I can’t exactly get that information. I try reporting everytime I see the exact pictures on “legit sale sites” pop up on my Facebook newsfeed and Facebook won’t take them down because “it doesn’t go against Facebook standards and I can chose to block them” issue is, Facebook just gives me more ads for the same thing using a different “company name”

On 11/23/21. placed an order for a Blueberry Set (3PCS) Queen bedding set. I received an email confirmation on 11/25/21 then a promotional email on 11/29/21. They used the Shop app for delivery tracking info and status showed it shipped via usps for a 7-14 business days. I tried to contact the merchant through email at [email protected] but no response. Tried though Shop app and only get to a message that says Something Went Wrong , the store is Unavailable. with no links for help. This was clearly a scam.

Bought 2 fuzzy comforters for 49.90 from Cloudlyy.us found on tik tok and Facebook bought and paid for 11/18/2021 it's now 01/04/2022 I have made attempts to email store and visit store sight with no response and finding the store website is no longer available. Bought through the shop.app and that is no help as far as customer service just tells you to contact store or shipping carrier...ummmm if I could I would have already. Just another oder day scam that nobody corrects and we all lose our money. I would really appreciate my money back.

Never received comforter set

I placed an order for a comforter and pillow set. I received an email that the order was processed and then another email that the items were shipped on 11-25-21. I was not able to track the order and I never received it, only error messages came up. So disappointed because this was my daughters Christmas present. I emailed them x 2 with no response. NEVER AGAIN TIC TOK…. What a freakin SCAM!

On Nov.5th I ordered a playful cat bed. It never arrived. I was under the impression this was a US company because it said arrival would be 1-2 week's. It's almost the end of December and I can't get an answer from them. I emailed, which is the only way to can contact them, about seven times and no reply! They are def a scam!

I placed an order for 2 comforter sets from Cloudlyy.us on November 16, 2021 for my daughters as a Christmas gift. I received a message stating they have been shipped but unable to track. I emailed them twice and received no response to either message. The website is no longer online and it's 5 days before Christmas and I've yet to receive my purchase and no other ways to contact them.
