Pure scam, same pattern as seen & reported many times. They illicitly acquire your account information & profile, had an address for me that was over a decade old. Credit your account with a single cent, to gauge your response & awareness. Then they start charging you with the $36.95 recurring monthly charge until you see the vapor trail. Front name is CLOUDBLOCK or Cloud Block, and I'm sure they run this scam with several other cover names. Make no mistake ~ this Milli Vanilli Indian based company has a service department, but absolutely no tangible service to provide you. Don't waste your time calling them, they like to dance & role play, and insist they have a trace of legitimacy vaguely related to the internet. I wonder if they dropped a nickel off the price because they know what 18 multiples of 37 will get them? Nice work on the decade old address cloud fairies, I hope Deadpool drops by your shack. Stay vigilant ladies & gentlemen, and definitely check your charges monthly! My apologies to mike vi***;)

Cloud Block has debited my checkings account for a total of $74 in November and December. CLOUDBLOCK 84422 PURCHASE is how it shows on my acct. I just caught the charges this month on my statement. I called the number given on the debit and was sent to customer service recording. I left a message that I planned to file a complaint through my bank as well as with the BBB. I have gotten no response. I contacted my bank and explained that I did not authorize or recognize the charges or the company. They have put a stop payment on current debit and future debits from Cloud Block. I also checked the ScamPulse.com for other complaints about them and found many others have been scammed, also.

I made a payment on my car loan which they use a third party processing my account information was stolen by a company name cloud block. Back in October they deposited a penny into my account. Then on nov 6 and dec 6 2018 they charged my account 36.95 overdrafting my account. Place is based in India
